Made from blanched almonds, evaporated nectar from coconut palm blossoms, cocoa butter and vanilla, it is a great alternative to milk-based and white sugar white chocolate. All products sold by weight are made from ecological raw materials, without the use of chemical agents extending the shelf life or improving the taste. After production, the products are stored in our workshop at 17-18 * C and after purchase should not be stored at a temperature higher than 20 * C. After opening the packaging should be consumed within about 2 weeks.
Products sold by weight are packaged in biocompostable packaging. Laboratory tests of the initial decomposition assessment under simulated composting conditions carried out in accordance with PN-EN 14806: 2010 confirmed the 100% distribution of the tested material within 66 days.
