This is a couverture chocolate from our ‘White range’ 36%. Its very creamy light and tastes like ‘milk chocolate’, but its completely Diary-free. It also have a caramel undertone. Ideal for baking or to use in desserts. The chocolate inside the bag is broken into irregular squares. This chocolate is Organically Certified, Cold Pressed, Vegan, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Gluten-Free, White/Refined/Cane Sugar-Free.

All products are made from ecological raw materials, without the use of chemical agents extending the shelf life or improving the taste. After production, the products are stored in our manufactory at 17-18 * C and after purchase should not be stored at a temperature higher than 20 * C. After opening the packaging it should be consumed within 2 weeks.
Products sold by weight are packaged in biocompostable packaging. Laboratory tests of the initial decomposition assessment under simulated composting conditions carried out in accordance with PN-EN 14806: 2010 confirmed the 100% distribution of the tested material within 66 days.
