The most dry chocolate from our collection. A small amount of sugar from coconut flowers, and 10% hazelnuts in cocoa mass, the rest is thoroughly ground cocoa beans and cocoa butter. The citrus accent characteristic of the cocoa of the Peruvian hills is quite dominant which makes the pecan nuts a sophisticated addition.

All products sold by weight are made from ecological raw materials, without the use of chemical agents extending the shelf life or improving the taste. After production, the products are stored in our workshop at 17-18 * C and after purchase should not be stored at a temperature higher than 20 * C. After opening the packaging should be consumed within about 2 weeks.
Products sold by weight are packaged in biocompostable packaging. Laboratory tests of the initial decomposition assessment under simulated composting conditions carried out in accordance with PN-EN 14806: 2010 confirmed the 100% distribution of the tested material within 66 days.
