White chocolate with a definite caramel flavor. It was made without milk and white sugar, but with roasted almonds, coconut nectar, cocoa butter and Bourbon vanilla. The rusty color of the coconut sugar (evaporated coconut nectar) gives a beige color to the chocolate and is thus responsible for the caramel note. The dried cherries break the whole taste with their dryness, creating a sweet – wine like combination.

All products sold by weight are made from ecological raw materials, without the use of chemical agents extending the shelf life or improving the taste. After production, the products are stored in our workshop at 17-18 * C and after purchase should not be stored at a temperature higher than 20 * C. After opening the packaging should be consumed within about 2 weeks.
Products sold by weight are packaged in biocompostable packaging. Laboratory tests of the initial decomposition assessment under simulated composting conditions carried out in accordance with PN-EN 14806: 2010 confirmed the 100% distribution of the tested material within 66 days.
