This is a Dark classic 65% rich creamy yet smooth couverture chocolate. Its made from Un-roasted Peruvian cocoa beans. Ideal for baking or to use in desserts. The chocolate inside the bag is broken into irregular squares. This chocolate is Organically Certified, Cold Pressed, Vegan, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Gluten-Free, White/Refined/Cane Sugar-Free.
