In the following article, you will learn how to make a vegan peanut-flavored cake cream that will add splendor to many celebrations.
The first step is to choose nuts – you can use peanuts, walnuts, cashews … For an intense but sweet nut flavor, it’s best to use hazelnuts and be sure to toast them in the oven. Thanks to this, they will acquire a strong aroma, similar to popular spreads.
Only five ingredients are needed for the next traditional version of the cream. Mix the roasted and finely ground nuts in a blender with a cube of margarine, a glass of powdered sugar and approx. Half a glass of water with a spoonful of lemon. You need about 500 grams of hazelnuts here – it may be a little less, but then the taste will be milder.
If you do not want to use margarine, you can prepare a healthier version of the millet-based cream (its taste will not be felt). A glass of soft-boiled porridge with a pinch of salt and sugar, cool and blend in a blender, adding 1/3 cup of vegetable milk, 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar, a handful of selected nuts, 5 tablespoons of cocoa and 4 tablespoons of alcohol or strong coffee . You can vary the proportions of sugar, cocoa and nuts depending on your own taste.

If you are running out of time and you cannot shell, roast and grind nuts, you can make a vegan cake cream with an even simpler method. All you need to do is mix our ready-made vegan nut cream with margarine and possibly a pinch of powdered sugar – the proportions depend on your taste.
