However, when you enjoy the sweetness of a dark tablet, remember that this power is hidden primarily in natural chocolate, made of high-quality ingredients, without unnecessary and harmful additives.
Natural chocolate nutrients
Considering the different types of chocolate, in terms of properties and composition, the bitter one definitely wins. Its nutrients are as follows:
Cholesterol. Compared to the milk one – the bitter one provides much less of it. 100g of milk chocolate generates 10mg of cholesterol, while the same amount of dark chocolate only 1mg.
