The perfect idea for preparing a meal, which will surely delight all household members, is breakfast with the use of chocolate beloved by everyone. The day started with a delicious chocolate meal will undoubtedly be successful. Below are 3 recipes for a healthy little chocolate snack.
Chocolate porridge with the addition of nuts and oranges
To prepare the porridge you will need:
oatmeal 1.5 cups
milk 2 glasses
a glass of orange juice
a teaspoon of grated peel
spoon of unsweetened cocoa
spoon of honey
favourite healthy chocolate grated.
Boil the flakes with the milk, stirring from time to time to prevent them from burning. When they obtain the desired consistency, remove from heat. Add the orange juice and other ingredients to the porridge.
Chocolate pancakes with fruit
Ingredients for pancakes:
wheat flour 120g
cocoa 2 tbsp
spoon of sugar
spoon of vanilla sugar
300 ml of milk

150 ml of cream 30%.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa and two types of sugar. Pour in the milk and add the eggs. Mix everything, preferably with a mixer, until a smooth and uniform mass. When it is ready, add the butter and mix it for a while. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan with a little oil. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into smaller pieces. Vegan pancakes with chocolate cream
To prepare you need:
3/4 cup of plant-based milk
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
spoon of oil
1 1/2 cups spelled or other flour
2 spoons of baking powder
pinch of salt
vegan chocolate cream.
Mix the milk with lemon juice and oil. Add peeled and sliced bananas, flour, baking powder and salt. Combine everything into a smooth mass using a blender. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan without fat, and when the air bubbles appear on the dough, flip over. Put a layer of chocolate cream on warm pancakes.
