Chocolate cake with cinnamon

To prepare it, you will need: 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1/2 cup coconut flour, half a glass of cocoa and cane sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and baking soda. Just shake the eggs with the oil with a whisk. Add flour, cocoa, sugar and cinnamon along with soda. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. Put the dough into the cake tin, put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. To decorate the top of the cake, a chocolate couverture may be useful, which should be heated to the appropriate level and evenly spread on its surface.

A very simple chocolate cake

This recipe consists of just four ingredients: 5 eggs, 80g sugar, dark chocolate for baking (3 tablets) and 100g butter or oil. The chocolate must be broken into smaller pieces. Dissolve together with the butter in a water bath, stirring gently all the time. Set aside to cool completely. Separate the yolks from the proteins and add half the sugar to them. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Beat the yolks with the remaining half of the sugar until the crystals are completely dissolved. Gradually add cold chocolate. Slowly add whipped egg whites and mix everything with a wooden spoon. Pour the dough onto a springform tin and bake for 30 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

Chocolate Cake with Bananas

To make this cake you will need: 2 ripe bananas, 1 glass of plant-based milk, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 340 g of millet flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder, two tablets of dark chocolate with 27% cocoa content and 2 tablespoons of oil. Bananas must be blended. Add milk and juice to them and mix thoroughly. Pour in the flour, salt and powder to the whole. Stir thoroughly so that the mass does not have lumps. In the meantime, dissolve the chocolate in a water bath, then add it to the prepared dough and mix thoroughly. After pouring the mass into the prepared form, it should be baked for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees. Melted chocolate couverture may be useful to decorate the cake.
